ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM - CAMP EXPEDITION

Who: Jr High School (Current 6th-8th graders only) 
         
When: June 26th – June 30th

Where: Forest Glen Retreat Center

Maximum Cost: $425.00 per Teen   
                                         
Total Jr High Spots Available: 15

1st payment amount: $100 non-refundable deposit

2nd payment amount: $100 due March 3, 2023

Final Payment amount depends on fundraising completed by individual kids and the success of January Trivia Night Fundraiser for Youth Ministry.

Final Payment due: May 5, 2023

Partial Scholarships available upon request due via email to Terri Ryan or Tino Quiocho no later than January 30, 2023. (Please note that all requesting need-based scholarships must be Mary Queen Parishioners and must participate in at least two fundraising opportunities offered this faith formation year).
