Meeting Time: For Prayer Only: Divine Mercy Chaplet prayed during Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament on Tuesdays at 8:00 PM, Wednesdays at 3:00 AM and 3:00 PM and First Fridays at 3:00 PM
Meeting Location:St. Joseph Chapel
Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy. (Matthew 5:7)
Our mission is to promote the mission that Our Lord gave St. Faustina, His Apostle of Mercy, which consisted of three main tasks: 1) to remind the world of God's mercy for everyone as revealed in the Holy Scriptures, 2) beg God's Divine Mercy for the whole world, especially poor sinners through the devotion to The Divine Mercy and 3) to initiate the apostolic movement of Divine mercy for the world and strive to practice works of mercy following the example of St. Faustina.
Anyone who desires to seek God's Mercy for themselves and others and who strives to have complete trust in God's Mercy should consider themselves a part of this Ministry. In seeking to spread this Divine Mercy Devotion, we are reminded of what the Church has always taught: that God is merciful and forgiving and that we, too, must show mercy and forgiveness. We can be guided by simply remembering ABC. A - Ask for God's Mercy, B - Be merciful to others and C - Complete trust in Jesus.
We distribute Divine Mercy materials such as leaflets, prayer cards and Divine Mercy Images free of charge to area Catholic Churches. We also furnish materials for retreats upon request. Divine Mercy videos are available to be shown during prayer group or club meetings, with or without a talk about Our Lord's great Love and Mercy. Leaflets and images (8 x 10 unframed) are given to all attending these meetings. An 8 x 10 framed Divine Mercy image is given as a door prize.
