Scripture

As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of God's varied grace.  Whoever preaches let it be with the words of God, whoever serves, let it be with the strength that God supplies, so that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Mission Statement

The ACCW serves to unite Catholic Organizations of Women in purpose, direction and action in religious, educational, social, and economic fields.

Ministry Description

We are dedicated Catholic women coming together for growth in spirituality, leadership, and service to the Church.

Activities

• The Catholic Clerical Student Fund
• Endowment to give money to aid St. Mary's Seminary every year
• Package Christmas gifts for cargo ships going out of Port of Houston each October to December
• Baby Shower each January
• Bus trips

Events

• Mass with seminarians in October
• February Style Show, luncheon to aid in leadership training, etc. of Council
• Monthly speakers seeking aid from Council for their causes
• Aiding pregnant mothers to keep their babies and not seek abortions
• Praying "40 Days for Life" at abortion clinics
